      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Plan&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Premium&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My Question or Issue&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I mistakenly subscribed an Individual Premium account while being eligible for Student Premium. &amp;nbsp;The bill was paid on a yearly basis, which means I completed the financial responsibility already. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, I do want to switch to the Student Premium Account. Is there any hope that I could redeem my money back and be able to subscribe to Student Premium after that one-time yearly payment?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
