I have downloaded the spotify app several times. When I open it up it always says "something went wrong" "try reloading the page"

When I reload the page it says the same thing

Spotify was having a few issues earlier, but everything should be back up and running. Can you try logging out > restarting the device > logging back in? If you're still having issues, can you let me know when you started facing this issue, and let me know the make and model of your device?
