I can't use the link provided by SheerId for student discount.

It always says something went wrong and try refereshing the page but it didn't work when I try to refresh it.

Thanks for reaching out. Firstly, make sure you haven't reached the 4 year limit for student discount. If you've already applied your verification 4 times, then you won't be able to verify again. If you're still eligible, consider trying to open the SheerID link in an incognito window, as well as on different devices and networks. If the issue persists, reach out to SheerID, as they are the ones that perform the verification.
