Can’t use premium student

You charged me as a premium individual this year although I have confirmed premium student account. What I can do with it? I’m using student account since 2020. I have read you can use student account for 4 years.

Please note that the Student discount needs to be renewed every 12 months, so if your subscription has reverted to Premium Individual and you're still eligible, try re-subscribing to the Student plan through this page.
