Hello. I'm trying to renew my student subscription, but it says the documents are too old. I enrolled in 2021 and am now in my second year. I attached a student card, a record book and even a passport. I have two more years to go. why can't I use these documents to renew my subscription? What documents do I need to send to renew it? maybe an extract about the top that I'm still studying at the university? but it will only be in my national language. help me please.
