Sheer ID authentication issue

Trying to sign up for student plan. My collage is own the list, after selecting the college it asks me to login to school email which I do and then get asked for authentication by sheer id . Says I need admin to authenticate. It says a request has been sent but its been over a week. What do I do?

Based on what you're describing it seems like you're experiencing authentication issue with SheerID's website. In this case, we'd recommend reaching out to SheerID directly. Their customer support team will happily help out with the whole verification process, as they are the ones in charge of it and we don't have access to their systems.
