when i try to get premium student i cant even put my data or whatever bc the page does not exist, is it because where im from?

Unfortunately, Spotify doesn't have any immediate plans to launch Premium Student in your country, but I'll make sure to pass your feedback on 🙂

Hi, I have the same problem - I am a student in Slovenia. Is it also not available here?
