My Question or Issue

Hii! I am currently trying to purchase the student premium plan but it won't let me because it says my address is invalid. I've double checked and tried again the week after but nothing seems to be working.. :(( I'm starting to think it's because of where I live.

Hey @Ashakai

There are a couple of suggestions i got for you. You can first try by going in Incoginto Mode on your browser and register that way. Secondly, you can try using a different browser, or third, you can try using a different device.

Sorry to hear youre still having the issue.

I have a couple of more ideas that may help. I know this may sound redundant but try clearing your browser's cache and cookies. If the error still persist, try using a different wifi network. If you don't have another wifi network, try using your mobile hotspot/data and try testing it that way.
