Hi all, hope everyone’s doing well (:

For the past couple of years I have used Premium via gift cards, however I had verified my student status (and not actually using Student Discount due to the gift cards).

I just reverified my student status and now it says it’s my last year. Is there any way to reset the counter to not include the years I was actually using Premium using Gift Cards?

Hey @Hubo,

Thanks for reaching out.

The verification process is separate from the activation/use of the actual subscription.

If you paid for your Premium through Gift Cards during the time you were verified, that time, unfortunately, gets lost and no resets are possible.
