My Question or Issue

Ive been verified for spotifys student discount but when i go to switch to student it doesn’t work and tells me i’m not eligible for the discount despite being verified?

Thanks for reaching out.

Please note that Premium Family plan managers need to cancel their subscription and wait for their account to revert to free first before signing up for Premium Student. This is because it's not possible to run two promotions in conjunction with each other.

If you’re a member - you can leave by canceling your subscription (leaving the plan) through your Spotify Account page and then signing up for Premium Student.
