Changing Plan from Premium to Student Plan Error

My Question or Issue

On the computer every time I try to change my premium plan to a student plan it says "Sommething went wrong. Try again, or get help." Not sure what's going wrong.

What i would recommend doing is clearing your caches and try going into incognito mode and see whether that will solve your issue.
