      <title>my bank has deducted my premium payment but spotify says payment failed</title>

      <description>i have a student plan and every month there is automatic debit from my account towards spotify premium payment. i received a message from my bank stating that the money has been debited. however, spotify says my premium has been paused since there was no payment done. my upi app also sent a message stating that the mandate was successful. &lt;BR /&gt;i am unable to find any changes on my spotify account. on my phone, i do not have access to the home page of the app as well, it just asks me to update payment. if i click the same, it is asking me to pay once again. &lt;BR /&gt;the payment has been successful from the bank's end.</description>
