I currently have a premium plan for students and I have had it for quite some time now, but tomorrow I will change my plan from student to normal, being that I am still a student and I finish my degree at the end of this year. I try to renew the plan or SheerId but I get the message "You are not eligible for Premium for Students".
"Premium for Students is only for students in an eligible university for a maximum of 4 years".
I don't understand why I get this message if I have all the student paperwork to submit in case my student account is suspended please, I need help with this issue.

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out. If you get that error, that means you've already used the Student Discount for four years, which is the maximum allowed. You're welcome to keep using other subscriptions and/or promotional offers, but you won't be able to activate any more student verifications from SheerID on your account.
