      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I have an issue with my account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;I can't seem to log into my account on my Android phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It always returns an error message "An error occurred" or "I'm offline".&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;At the moment, I can only log in using my laptop, which doesn't give me mobility.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;What's the remedy?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
