Unable to change premium plan to student plan

My Question or Issue

I am a student and forgot to renew my student account so I am currently on the premium plan. I still have a year left of school and my account says I am still eligible for the student plan.

Whenever I click on "Get discount" or "Select plan" it redirects me back to my account page where I can not do anything or change my plan. Any help to get back on the student discount would be great, thanks!

Thanks for reaching out. You can subscribe for the Student discount here. If you aren't verified, it should direct you to SheerID first, where you will need to verify your student status, provided you haven't used the discount for 4 years yet. If you get an error message and the process doesn't work, let us know and send us some screenshots so we can have a look.

Thanks for the reply. From the video I was able to see that you have the Premium with Hulu bundle with the correct price. This is a bit of a special subscription, so if you want to switch to the regular Student plan (without Hulu access), cancel your subscription, wait for the account to revert to free and subscribe to Student using the link from my previous reply.

Hope this clears things up.
