My Question or Issue

I'm a university student from Greece and I tried signing up for the Student's Discount Premium. I entered my card details, then my student details and was asked for a document to verify them. Not having any such documents at hand, I exited the app. Now, when I can't verify my details any more cause when I try to re-enter my card details, the purchase fails. Apparently, my card has already been billed 3.5 euros pending. But I don't have Premium and I have no way of verifying my details either.

Hello @TheElusiveChris and welcome to the community!

A temporary charge goes through even if the student verification was successful or not. But it is only temporary charge on your credit card and they should disappear in a few days.

The only charge that you actually have to pay for is if you were successfully verified for the student discount.
