My Question or Issue

Now I use the Premium Student version of Spotify. The price of the Premium is 29,500 VND but when I pay through my VISA card, my wallet is deducted 40.000 VND. Can you explain it to me please? Thanks

Thanks for reaching out. Check on your account page if your discount may have expired and renew it if necessary. If you're already verified as a Student, but the full price is still listed there, then update your subscription to Student and you should be charged the discounted amount on the next billing date.
