      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have enough balance but i still get an error message. I tried going to incognito windows and trying it on another device, even switching between 4G and wifi but still nothing works for me. I tried messaging GETPIN to 8823 but it says i don't have existing pin consent :'((.. What should I do and how do I fix this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You mention that you've already tried some of the steps &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/failed-payment/" target="_blank"&gt;here &lt;/A&gt;under "Still not working", but I'd recommend following the steps down the list.&lt;/P&gt;
