I want to get the premium for students but when i try to subscribe the page doesnt work and it shows it as an error so i cannot proceed

If you have already done so and you believe you meet the criteria mentioned under 'Notes', let us know where you're met with the error in question and we'll gladly take a further look into this.

I also have a problem. When I go to Fill out the sherID it says that the page no longer exists.

Sounds like the plan isn't available in your region. You can see all available plans on https://spotify.com/premium/.
