My Question or Issue

My school is new in my city, and exists in other states. It has charged me the regular price. I have tried to add the school and verify, so hopefully someone can take care of this for me. Also, would I be compensated?

Has your verification request been successful? If so, you should be able to change your plan to Premium Student 🙂

Keep in mind that, if your institution is not listed in the SheerID verification form, you’re not eligible for the discount at this time.

Just to clarify, so if the exact school branch is not on the list, I am not eligible as of now. Also I can’t use another location of the exact same school to verify it? Plus, during the verification process it asks to put the name of the institution and a website so they can verify it even if it’s not currently on SheerID. If the other locations are on there, you can see how ridiculous this sounds to me because it doesn’t take much to verify if this is an actual institution or not. I understand some institutions are not a part of the program, the fact that I found the other locations on the verified list is upsetting.

Since the verification process for Premium Student is entirely being handled by SheerID, it's best to reach out to them regarding those specific questions. 🙂
