I renewed my student plan and they charged for 4 months an individual plan
What can I do in this case?

After verifiying yourself as a student, you'll also need to activate the discount, as can be seen here ("Choose Your Plan"):

To activate the discount now, you'll need to open www.spotify.com/student again and follow the steps until the end. 🙂
