can't buy spotify premium student while I'm verified

I already applied for verification in 2022 and was approved to get the premium for students. So far I haven't purchased it and will subscribe to student premium this year but I can't buy it. Every time I want to purchase, I am asked for verification but after I fill in my personal data, only a notification appears that I have been verified without a link to buy this premium for students. What can I do?

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome!

It's worth mentioning that you can get Premium Student up to 4 years altogether, but every year our partners from SheerID have to re-verify your student status.

If you've verified in 2022 and now you've gone through the verification process again, you should have received a confirmation email from SheerID that you're eligible (or not) for the discount. If you're eligible, there should be a link to redeem the offer on your Spotify account and lastly you can subscribe to Student Premium via our webpage here. In this article you'll find more details on the process.

Something to keep in mind is that you may need to check your spam folder as sometimes emails can end up there.

Verified for student premium but stuck at same page no further procesa

I upload my id and success for the premium but i still at same page i choose the plan but still stuck there no more proccessing or nxt step
