      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This worked in terms of loading the page. Thanks. I tried on another device with a different Internet provider.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I fill out the information though, it tells me that the payment has failed. I have enough money on my card so I don't know what the problem is now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
