My Question or Issue

I want to change my subscription plan from Student Premium with Hulu to just regular Student Premium for $2.99. However, when I try to change, it says the plan doesn’t work with where I’m located. I’m located in the USA and the subscription says it’s for USD $2.99. So, I’m confused as to why I cannot change my plans so I can save money. I don’t want the Hulu extension with my plan.

Thanks for reaching out!
You should be able to downgrade to Student-only via your account page. You will lose access to Hulu on the next billing date.

If this still doesn't work for you, you can cancel your subscription and re-subscribe to activate only the Student plan.

Note: After you cancel, you need to wait for your plan to switch to free before subscribing again.
