Hello,

In July I proofed that I am still student, however, the last two months I am paid as a regular user. Now I notice that a button exist in my profile to become student user. That's why I continued from there again. Afterwards, it indicates me that my student plan will begin after 5th October.

But I was student between June and October also. Is it possible to refund the difference between student and regular charge.

Since you didn't activate your student discount when you became a student, unfortunately you won't be able to be refunded for the full amount.

However, you might still be within the 14-day grace period, which means you can ask for a refund of the last month of payment.

To do this, just head on over here and contact the relevant team. They'll be able to help you out with the refund if you are eligible for one 🙂
