&lt;P&gt;Can you start by taking a look at your&lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/receipt/" target="_blank"&gt; Receipts page&lt;/A&gt;? There you should be able to see all your charges and check if you've been double charged for a certain month.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It's possible that you've had some failed payments on your account for the past few months, and the system was able to take the payments with a certain delay.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This could make it look like you're not getting a full month of Premium but it's just the system catching up on earlier payments.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If that's not the case, you could also take a look at&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/payment_help/unexpected-charges/" target="_blank"&gt;this page&lt;/A&gt; to see what you can do to check if you have a Premium second account&amp;nbsp; with us for which you are getting charged.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
