Student Discount verified but shows that I am not eligible

Ive verified and reverified my student verification process. SheerId had showed that I am eligible till the end of 2025 yet for the last 5 months Spotify has refused to recognise my validity and simply says "You are not eligible for Premium for Students" and any link I click on redirects me back to the same page.Please let me know how I can fix this.

Thanks for reaching out!

Have you been using your student discount for four years now? If yes, as this is the maximum amount for which an account is eligible for the discount use, it's possible that you've just reached the limit, even though you're still technically a student. To verify if this is the case you can check your receipts page.
