Hola, verifique mi cuenta de estudiante, me llego el correo de SheedID confirmandome que tengo el beneficio pero a la hora de seleccionar el plan me dice que no cumplo con los requisitos para usar el beneficio de estudiante

Just to confirm, have you clicked on "Get discount" in the confirmation email you received from SheerID? If so, would you mind checking if you're logging in to the right account? You can check if you have more than one account in Spotify by following these steps.

Also, keep in mind that you can only renew the student discount for up to 4 years.

Lastly, would you mind sending us a screenshot of the error message you're getting? You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.
