      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the reply.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Why on earth would the discount state it is valid but then I have to go through a further step to activate it? What a ridiculous and sneaky thing for Spotify to do. In fact, I'm sure I had done this. Spotify should refund me the difference between premium and student, but seeing as they don't even have a way to contact them, I think I will go to google music or youtube premium instead after 10+ years of Spotify.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
