My Question or Issue

I have been subscribed to the Spotify student plan since 2023, paying rs. 59 for the subscription. Every year during July I have to re-verify my payment details and student id, which I did this time as well. Still, during payment, my amount to be paid under student premium is being shown as 5.99 dollars which is around 500rs, even while I proceeded with the payment. In this place, I had to fill in my address, it does not have the option of selecting any states from India, and it shows to enter a valid address.

please resolve this issue, as I am unable to use Spotify anymore.

If you're trying to subscribe to Premium Student through the web page, then make sure that there's a preferred locale in the link, so that you can see the local currency, for example https://www.spotify.com/in-en/student/. If you still see a different currency, make sure you're not connected to a VPN.

You can also subscribe to Premium Student directly through your account page by clicking on Manage your subscription and selecting Premium Student.
