First of all, I randomly got charged the full amount of regular Premium price instead of Student price without prior notice. Secondly, when I try to renew my Student subscription I did not have the option to use debit/credit card as my payment method. How do I resolve this matter?

Thanks for reaching out.

Eligible college/university students must renew every year to continue the Premium Student discount (for up to 4 years).

About 4 weeks before expiration, you should've received an email with instructions on renewing and re-verifying your eligibility with SheerID. This email might've landed in your spam/junk folder. You can also renew from your account page.

Lastly, you can only pay using the payment methods offered to you on the payment page. The availability can vary between plans and your country/region. If the payment method you'd like to use isn't listed there, it's unfortunately not available at this time.

I just got verified for student premium, mu début cars stopped working Some times back, I wanted to pay using mobile money for my service provider. I really need it

I'm also just got verified for student premium but I unable to see any kind of payment method to buy the premium please help me
