My Question or Issue

I've had premium for students since august 2020 and now that im trying to renew my subscription the system says I've gone over the 4 year limit (which is false) and wont even let me try to check/validate my SheerID

Just to be on the safe side, I suggest checking that you haven't reached the 4 year limit for the Premium Student plan.

If you've already applied your verification 4 times, then you won't be able to verify again and this is usually why this message appears when trying to renew the discount. To check this, for example, you can have a look at your email inbox for any verification emails from SheerID.

If you should still be eligible, however, consider trying to open the verification link in an incognito window. If that doesn't do the trick, reaching out to SheerID would be the next step, as they are the ones that perform the verification for the discount.
