    <description>&lt;P&gt;I use student plan from December 2023. But this month my premium plan was cancelled and I became a free user. However a few hours prior money has been deducted from my bank account for the set mandate. I sent message to support team and they said no payment was processed and I should visit my bank. But my bank said the payment was already successful.       <title>Money deducted from bank account but Spotify shows transaction cancelled.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am using Spotify for 3 months now and it is on auto-pay 119/month. This month the amount got deducted from my bank account and it shows transaction successful but when I logged in to Spotify I didn't have access to premium services it showed transaction cancelled.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
