Student premium on app

My Question or Issue

My student plan for switched to premium without knowing so when I went to switch it back online, i re verified that I am a student online and I chose the student premium option and it said it went through but on my app I am still on premium £11.99. I have logged in and out several times, deleted app and reinstalled it and refreshed several times and I am still on premium can anyone help?

Don't worry: since you've already applied the student discount on your account, all you need to do is switch the plan to Premium Student! You can do this by clicking on the Get Student Discount button in the email you've received. The changes will take effect on your next billing date.

If you're having any issues with switching the plan I'd recommend copying the link from the email and opening it in an incognito window or via another browser/device. You can also try switching to Premium Student from your account page.
