Student Premium charge based on location not working

I'm having an issue where it shows the premium price in Romanian Leu instead of IQD, and the price is very different from my peers, I think this was caused due to being in Romanian for a while but now I'm back, I changed my location to Iraq, yet it's still the same thing, can anyone help me?

Thanks for reaching out.

If you've already changed your account's country setting to the country you're currently in, please also make sure you visit the page relevant for your country.

You can check thie by scrolling to the bottom of the page and making sure it shows the right country.

Also, please make sure you're not using any VPN.
