I keep getting this message when I try activating Hulu through Spotify. I have tried on a different browser/incognito mode and it still won't work. Ive been having this problem for two days already.

It's possible that the activation process has already been completed. Could you try logging in to Hulu with your email to see if that's the case? In case the issue persists, it's worth trying again via another device, if available.

Everytime I try to sign up for Hulu using my student plan I get to the part where it ask if I authorize Hulu to see all my account details agree and then it takes me to an error screen right after

Is the abovementioned error the same as the one you're receiving?
In addition to what @Dessi has suggested, I'd recommend taking a look at this support article, as it describes everything you'd need to know in regards to the Student + Hulu bundle 🙂
