On &lt;STRONG&gt;September 22, 2024&lt;/STRONG&gt;, I successfully charged my bundle and paid for the Spotify Premium Student plan. I also received a confirmation email from Spotify, confirming that my account had been upgraded to Premium, along with an additional offer of one free month of Premium.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Premium subscription worked perfectly for the first two weeks. However, since &lt;STRONG&gt;October 10, 2024&lt;/STRONG&gt;, I have noticed that my account has reverted to the free version, despite the fact that I have already paid for the service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you kindly look into this issue and help me restore my Premium subscription? I would appreciate any assistance or guidance you can provide to resolve this matter as soon as possible.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
