My Question or Issue

Whenever I try to go through the process of obtaining Student Premium, it just doesn't work. I follow the instructions giving through my email (the link SheerID provided), and although the website itself works, once I get to the "Get referral" tab is when it causes problems. I don't understand why make this process so complicated. Anyway, below I dropped some screenshots of the process in which is failing.

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Spotify Community!

Unlike other subscriptions, Premium Student requires some additional verification in order to activate the plan, so in this case you'll need to click through the referrals website, verify yourself as a student, and then go back to the referrals website to click the link again. You also mustn't have used Spotify Premium before, since the referral is only for users who haven't payed for a Premium plan.

In case you missed the above mentioned steps when trying to get the referral and activated a normal free trial instead of the 2-month referral, it'd be best to reach out to the folks over at Customer Support, so that they can have a closer look and assist you further.
