Activate student premium doesn't work

Dear Spotify Support,

I am writing to report an issue I encountered while attempting to activate my student subscription on Spotify.

Despite following the required steps to verify my eligibility and complete the subscription process, my student discount has not been applied correctly. My account is still showing a standard subscription, even though I submitted all the necessary documents.

I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible.

Thanks for posting in the Community!

If you've successfully redeemed the Student discount on your Spotify account, make sure that you also subscribe to the Premium Student subscription if you've not already done so. You can either do it from the Account Page or directly via this link.

It's worth mentioning that if you've already got an active Individual Premium subscription with us, the Account Page will show you the date when the subscription will change to Student once you've subscribed to it.
