My premium student plan is refusing to renew noting that my sheerid verification is still valid

As you see in the pics uploaded my verification is valid but says that i cant have the student plan

Can you double-check what the current plan on your account page here is? You can also check your receipts here. It's possible that you either have the student plan already, or are subscribed to a different Premium plan, which can't be changed directly. If you're subscribed to another Premium plan, make sure you're using the same payment method you've used so far before trying to switch to Premium Student.

Alternatively, you can also cancel your current subscription and wait for your account to revert to the free service. No worries, you won't lose any content, only your downloads will be removed, but you'll just need to re-download them afterwards. Once your account is on the free service, you should be able to subscribe to Premium Student.
