Can I get Student Premium using a VPN to switch countries since its not available in mine

My Question or Issue

My university is listed as an eligible institution that offers a student discount for premium but the problem is that its listed under Greece instead of Cyprus. So I was wondering if its possible if I could switch my accounts country as Greece through a VPN since I dont live there and get that offer. Is that legal?? My subscription is through Google Pay btw, also its weird how my university is listed under the wrong country (yes my institution is 100% a Cypriot one and not a Greek one, its literally in the name, I'm not trolling.)

It seems like Spotify doesn't have any immediate plans to launch Premium Student in your country, but I'll make sure to pass your feedback onto Spotify.

Also, keep in mind that Spotify doesn't support the use of any kind of VPNs.
