My Question or Issue

In April I was my student premium account switched to regular premium so I renewed my student discount. Every month without fail I have been charged the regular premium fee. I go into my account and switch it to student premium but every month it will switch back and charge me more. This is unfair and I want my money back but I cannot find anywhere to request refund. An extra $8 might not be a lot for Spotify but it makes a difference to me. Please give me my money back and stop switching my account.

Just to confirm, have you completed all these steps? If so and you got a confirmation email from SheerID, make sure to click on "Get discount" to activate it and follow the steps to register your payment method.

Also, you can check which type of subscription you currently have and you'll be charged for on the next billing date on your account page.

I was charged regular rate from July to October with no notification or request for student verification. I am a full-time student.

Charged full price while I'm on Student Premium

I was charged the full price back in December 3, 2024 because I forgot to renew my student discount, and when I got notified that they charged me a full amount I immediately renewed my student discount. Today is January 3, 2025 and they charged me again with a full price while my student discount is still valid until December 2, 2025 (see attachment below). I don't know why it keeps doing that but this is the second time that it happened and I'm gonna need a refund.
