Premium for Students Verification

I have had spotify premium for over a year now. Up until recently, I had premium for students. I have been trying to subscribe to premium for students and I keep getting a message saying I cannot be verified as a student which can't be true seeming as my school is listed and I meet all the requirements just like I did last year. Someone please help me figure this out I'm extremely frustrated.

If you're seeing an error message when trying to get the discount, it's possible claimed the discount on another Spotify account. You can check the guide to find other accounts here.
