My Question or Issue

I was already verified for the student plan but in the list of plans when I'm going to choose it says "Sorry, you are not eligible for that plan. Here are some other ways to get Premium.” Please help me!

ShareID has verified me as a student, my data is correct but in the final step, it won't let me choose the plan

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

If the verification was successful, you should have received an email with the steps to follow to apply the discount to your account. Once the steps are completed, the discount will be applied to your account, and you'll be able to subscribe.

Since you mention you've already been approved for the student discount, and you get an error when trying to activate it, it's best to try the following:

If possible, use a computer.
Open an incognito window.
Paste this link there and follow the steps.

If the above doesn't do the trick, then we'd suggest you use a different internet network (perhaps a Hotspot created with a cellphone) to see if you notice any difference.
