Can't select Student Premium although validated

My Question or Issue:

I validated my student status and it says that I am validated until 1.2.2026. However, when I now try to change my subscription from Family to Student, it tells me that I am not eligible for the student subscription....

Changing directly from Family to Student is often not possible. If you're the owner of the plan, then cancel it, wait for your account to revert to free and then subscribe to Student. If you're a member, then just leave the plan via your account page and you'll be able to switch to Student right away.
