&lt;P&gt;I also understand that you would like a refund. Please know that if a payment has already been processed on your account, canceling the subscription will&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;not&lt;/STRONG&gt; refund the payment, and your Premium will remain active until the next billing date.       <title>Overcharged and needing a refund</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had issues trying to renew my spotify premium student and spotify automatically went back to the normal premium individual, so I was overcharged an amount of R69, 99. Ultimately I was able to renew my premium student and the monthly amount is R37, 99 on a student premium. So I'm requesting the refund of R32, 00 since I'm on a premium student plan. I had the same issue last year and I was able to get a refund.
