Difficulty accessing student discount

I've been using the student discount for 2 years now, and today suddenly it was changed to individual plan, and i was charged for that. Later i tried to get the student discount again, but the billing address asks me to choose a state/county in order to determine the taxes, but in my country (Sri Lanka) there's no such states/county. In fact they're showing me USA states, even though I've included my own country (Sri Lanka) as my country. Please assist me with this.

Thanks for getting in touch about this and welcome to the Community.

Keep in mind that when you re-subscribe to Premium Student, you need to make sure you've chosen Sri Lanka in the lower right corner of the main subscription page:

Once you've set it to Sri Lanka, you can choose the option "Get Premium Student" and then follow the steps on the following pages.

On another note, you should have received an email with instructions on how to renew and re-verify your eligibility with SheerID about 4 weeks before expiration. Take into account if you don’t renew at 12 months, your Premium automatically continues at the full price.
