Student payment not working

My Question or Issue

My student premium payment is not working when i pay with vodafone after it ended although i always used to pay with it what can i do now it always tells me unsubscribed and error doesnt work although i have enough money in the account and my sheerid is still available and everything seems right please fix this issue

Hey @Aboudaaa, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

I’m sorry to hear this. Keep in mind that you can’t pay for Premium Student by mobile billing or another company (ex. your phone or internet provider). You would have to cancel your current Premium subscription through Vodafone, and then sign up for the student discount here.
