My Question or Issue

I had student premium for a year and then now I cannot renew it since sheerID is not working for me. It kept on saying there were some difficulties encountered and asked me to contact them, but when I did they didn’t even try to solve my problem just told me to submit all relevant information.

I’ve tried many times and it is very frustrating. I certainly didn’t feel like I was treated fairly. SheerID just said they couldn’t process my verification, told me to have all the accurate info and closed the ticket without solving the issue.
