When I went to get the student account back, I sent in my college files, and I got verified, yet when I click "Get discount" under the payment section or "Select Premium student" under plans and add-ons, it doesn't do anything. Both options bring me back to my account page, where I still have individual. Is it a glitch? Should I try later???&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Now that you're verified, you should have received a confirmation email with a link to finalize the process. You can click on &lt;STRONG&gt;Get Student Discount&lt;/STRONG&gt; in it and proceed with the steps to switch your plan to Premium Student.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the issue persists, try opening the link from the confirmation email in a private/incognito window or via another browser/device.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In case the link there has expired or you haven't received a confirmation email, you can &lt;A href="https://www.sheerid.com/help/contact" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;contact SheerID&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/A&gt; to get a new one.&lt;/P&gt;
